2023-2024 STATE CHAMPIONSHIP MEET
TISCA State Meet will be held in Nashville, Tennessee, on February 9-10, 2024, at the Centennial Sportsplex and hosted by Nashville Aquatic Club.
1. Complete the registration form
It is REQUIRED that each team submit this form (including homeschool teams and individual homeschool athletes). Teams should complete the form regardless of anticipated participation in the 2025 State Meet.
2. Submit full team roster via (a) the registration form or (b) the roster submission form
Rosters may be submitted with the registration form (in step 1). If you need to submit your roster at a later date (after you submit the registration form), please use this roster submission form . Please do not email or mail rosters.
Rosters MUST be formatted as Spreadsheets (no docs, images, etc.). Please make sure your school/team name is on the roster AND in the file name (eg, centralhighroster.xlsx).
To download a spreadsheet from Team Manager follow these steps:
For each athlete, the roster should include:
- first and last name,
- gender,
- and grade level.
Your submission of this form certifies that these swimmers attend your school and meet all TISCA eligibility requirements. If questioned, you should be able to present reasonable verification of enrollment. You must submit the roster on or before January 15 to be fully registered.
3. Submit payment to TISCA
Registration fee per team is $85 on or before October 31. The fee increases to $110 between November 1 and January 15. No registrations or rosters will be accepted after January 15.
Print, complete, and mail the TISCA Registration Payment Form with your payment.
Pay to the order of TISCA.
Note: We do not accept fees through payment apps (Venmo, etc.).
OUTSTANDING PROOF-OF-TIME FEES: Please check this list to assure that your team does not have any outstanding proof-of-time fees HERE. Fees must be paid before your team may register for the season. Questions? Email TISCA.swim@gmail.com
COMPLIANCE: Be sure that ALL members of your coaching staff have completed BOTH the Tennessee-mandated Concussion Course and Sudden Cardiac Arrest Course. Both courses must be completed every year. It is each team's/school's responsibility to maintain completion records for a period of three years.
Note: TISCA does NOT need copies of verification of completion of Sudden Cardiac Arrest or Concussion in Sports. If requested, each team should be able to provide verification of completion of this training and athlete compliance.
